You know when you feel like at the end of the day tired and stressed having all of these thoughts overwhelming your mind and you want to scream. Especially when you feel confident to come out to people for what and who you identify, love, and others disown you for it can mentally bog you down and is a trigger. It's hard to imagine how it personally affects you, your self-worth, and your exploration. It's all about the journey. Lots of people can feel negative about themselves when they know the people they care about the most don't accept them as they are. Being who you are matters but when you have thoughts saying for example, "I wish I could've not come out," "I don't feel supported," or "It really hurts that my family and friends don't like me for who and what I am" can be leading to depression, do you know why you get there? Because you feel negatively impacted by what other people see you as. Live your own life. Do what makes you happy. You're in charge of your own positivity.
